What a fabulous and morale boosting game for another African rep at the world cup, Ghana.

Black Star, Jordan Ayew
The 22-year-old Jordan Ayew who plays for the French Ligue 1 club Sochaux, on loan from Olympique de Marseille scored a hat trick to give coach James Appiaha good headache in Ghana’s last warm-up win over South Korea.
Ayew scored after coming on as an injury replacement. Asamoah Gyan was the other scorer.
”It was a good friendly match,” coach James Appiah said. ”It was important we put out a good team. Everyone who paid to come in here got his money’s worth.”
Even so, Appiah said Ghana’s not quite ready for its game against the United States next Monday in Natal, Brazil, he remarked with some modesty. ”It’s fine we won, but we still have some work to do,” Appiah said. The Black Stars know what it takes to beat the Americans – they eliminated the U.S. team from the World Cup in 2006 and 2010 reports Fpx sports.
