The Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) headed by the Nigeria’s top Civil Service reformist, BPSR Director General, Dr Joe Abah in continuation of spearheading the ongoing civil service reforms quietly taking place amidst all the political happenings in Nigeria will be holding a Reforms Seminar.

Just as Nigeria’s Minister for Agriculture, Dr. Akinwumi Adesina goes about his reforms and initiatives in the Agriculture sector without any fun fare, Dr Abah, the Reforms Czar can be said to be in that mould.
