CSKA Moscow and Nigeria speedy forward Ahmed Musa who scored a brace in Nigeria’s 3-2 loss to Argentina in their final group game at the World Cup has one of his goals picked among the top 10 goals at the World Cup so far.

With the World Cup set to conclude tomorrow with Germany taking on Argentina in the final game, FIFA TV compiled top 10 goals of the World Cup in the countdown to the World Cup final.

Musa’s first against Argentina and Nigeria’s equaliser was rated the fourth best behind James Rodriguez goal against Colombia, Tim Cahill half volley strike against the Netherlands and Robin Van Persie diving header against Spain.

Musa who wasn’t among the Nigeria contingent who returned home last week from the World cup after losing out 2-0 in the round of 16 at the World Cup is rumoured to be on his way out of CSKA Moscow.

Musa was scouted by Liverpool’s scouting team and his brace against Argentina will surely raise the value of his stock in the market as against the €10m he was previously rated.

Last season he scored 7 times for CSKA Moscow winning the Russian title despite an injury interrupted season. Sl10.com
