VIDEO: “This is the Documentary GEJ and Others did not want you to see….”

Sometime ago, I posted a documentary on Muhammadu Buhari, aired on AIT with the title ‘The Real Buhari‘. A rejoinder to that video has been made and released. Its titled This is the documentary GEJ and Others did not want you to see.‘

See what you make of it.

  1. I would have make a comment but I don’t like where people does not respect themselves and don’t say the truth constructively. Until that is done, then even when we are saying the truth it won’t make sense due to the manner we present it. Thank you.

    • [7:22PM, 1/14/2015] Areo Sam o: I AM NO POLITICIAN BUT I DEEM NECESSARY TO SHARE THIS AS SHARED WHO IS AFRAID OF BUHARI?
I write this because of millions of Nigerians who are below 30 and who constitute a significant chunk of our voting population.
This is the ICT generation that is largely ignorant about the events of the Buhari era (1984-85) and so can be misinformed and misled by needless propaganda. I have sat with many in the under-30 bracket and those slightly above who only have faint recollections of the Buhari era and the level of ignorance about that era is amazing.

Before being MILITARY Head of State, Buhari had been Governor of one of the Northern States (under Obasanjo’s Military government) as well as Minister for Petroleum. He later served as Chairman of PTF under Abacha.

Please consider the following unassailable facts:
💮He birthed and supervised the establishment of our existing refineries.
💮There was no religious crisis while he was Head of State. It started under his successor IBB!
💮In his time as Head of State he reduced inflation from 23% to 4%, by fiscal discipline and a homegrown economic team (not achieved under any other era, even military).
💮JJ Rawlings of Ghana took over 2yrs before him, and killed all the corrupt leaders, while Buhari only sentenced the corrupt leaders here to prison.
💮Under his watch as PTF Chairman, what he did in road construction in that short period hasn’t been matched by almost 16yrs of the PDP rule.
💮Hospitals and universities around the country never witnessed as much benefits as they got from the PTF from any government after or before his time.
💮Despite serving in senior capacity in the oil sector, first as Minister for Petroleum and then Petroleum Trust Fund, Buhari has no petrol station, much less a rig, refinery or an oil block like so many of our leaders.
💮He could have retired into nauseating opulence like most of his counterparts (IBB or Danjuma or even OBJ) but didn’t.
💮Instead of hobnobbing with the high and mighty, he has cast his lot with the ordinary man most of who follow him out of hope and belief in his values.
People who know him have said of him… “All I need from Buhari is his word, I can take it to the bank”.

🔯He is the only politician in the Country today who fills rallies without renting a crowd. The Kaduna rally of 2nd March is eloquent proof!
·He refused to collect an allowance while serving as Chairman of the PTF because he said since he was already drawing a pension from government, his conscience would not allow him to draw another salary from the purse of the same government.
🔯He is the only former head of state that does not own property or land in Abuja or foreign countries.
🔯Every attempt to rubbish him through probes in time past eneded up vindicating him!
🔯The man who was asked by OBJ to take over the running of PTF before it was scrapped with the aim of probing and indicting Buhari, was the one who ended up being prosecuted for misappropriating $100m of PTF funds! Buhari again, was vindicated
🔯He has OPENLY challenged those who accuse him of religious fundamentalism to come out and show proof. No one has till today, taken up the challenge. His personal driver of many years is a Christian from Plateau State and he will not ask to come to work on Sundays!
🔯His government initiated the War Against Indiscipline that has made environmental cleanliness, queuing up, not urinating by the roadside etc features of our national life even till today.
Does it then surprise you why corrupt people would be spreading such heinous rumours about Buhari?
He is a threat to the currupt leaders and they know what he is capable of doing to corruption and corrupt people when he comes into office! So shine your eyes and make the right decision.

If honesty and probity are the things you want for Nigeria, now is the time to choose right.
Now that you know better, will you please educate others BY FORWARDING THIS TO AS MANY AS YOU CAN!!!……………….
[7:42PM, 1/14/2015] Areo Sam o: Hei,! Look reigiosity has nothing at all to do with the politics if this country, don’t be fooled PDP has done more than enough in this country, let us change for better . No any former leader who is a Christian has zero record of corruption or stealing (as GEJ called it) than Buhari and his vice is a real Christian.
GEJ fooled us wth lack of shoe then, now going about with personal jet while graduates of institutions are without jobs. Do you how he use soldiers to scatter us at Ojota when we were protesting for increase in fuel pump price years bàck depriving us our right even in democratic government.
Many companies have packed out of Nigeria, many folded up due to power outage, and this has reduced employment opportunities
I am not a politician but I think we need to reason and consider where we are coming from, our achievements since 16 yes ago and plan to change the past defects. We have few days to presidential elections. If you’re voting, remember these factors why we must change and not religion matter:
      1. The chibok Girls
      2. NNPC Scam
      3. Police pension fund
      4. Missing $20Billion
      5. $9million Arms deal
      6. Bomb Blasts
      7. Immigration job scam
      8. Petroleum pump price
      9. Devaluation of Naira
      10. Oil theft
      11. Power outage
      12. Selling of Nepa
      13. Selling of Refineries
      14. Skyrocketed Nepa Bills
      15. Asuu & poly Strike
      16. Health workers Strike
      17. National Assembly tragedy
      19. Stella’s oduah Aviation Scam
      20. Kerosene subsidy
      21. Insurgency.
      22. $67b foreign reserve disappearance.
      23. Celebration of curruption/ Stealings…
      24. Minister of petroleum rented jets..
      25. Bad fed. roads
to mention a few. The GEJ even confessed that they have failed Njgerian
So, pls and pls, vote wisely!!!

If things get out of hands after election most of them will be out of the country, They own American/British passport, one or two apartments somewhere in Dubai or exotic islands! 6. I am pro-buhari, I have been for 12 years, from the very first time he ever decided to contest. My followership is largely based on the articles I read about his time as compared to other rulers till date as well as the tales from those who were old enough to witness his rule. He is not a perfect man, but I think he is the most sincere given his circumstance. I love the balance of both documentary and I am most touched by your desire to see a better Nigeria above all else.
I still believe that one good step would be a tenure by an older, wiser, baggage free Buhari to kickstart a national consciousness. He is a largely misunderstood man, one you would probably understand better if you could picture how the white men saw Mandela, how the times lifted the veil off the toga of violence they had dressed him in so they could prosecute him several decades earlier.
All the same thanks for opening our eyes, because beyond the bad leadership, our gullibility as along our ethno-religious divides have been our biggest bane.

    • Bello, I quiet agree with you. I honestly believe he should come for a tenure and kick start, as you rightly put it, the national consciousness before a younger Nigerian loving nationalist takes over. Could it be that DIFFICULT to find a leader who would put country first? Thank you Bello Abdulhakim for your contribution. Most appreciated.

  7. The bulk stops on Mr presidents table no doubt.despite all the allegations against Jonathan. this Government has displayed wisdom in several ways.i know of many who were employed after 10yrs of graduations.i know of millions who never pay there light or water bills. i know of millions who have four wives and countless children because there religion permits that. yet cant even take care of one.how does a government help such people.
No doubt the nation has been bleed through most issues highlighted in the documentary.but voting Jonathan out and installing Buhari is not the option now or ever.as much as the alleged failures of the government is being highlighted.the role of the opposition should not be overlooked for they were part and parcel of the present Government and has worked tirelessly to see this government fail through propagandas like this.

He is probably afraid of the reactions and actions that this video will attract, in resolving the avoidable poverty and associated problems of Nigeria, to end corruption that he is probably also a part of.

Meanwhile, how can GEJ claim to be aware that crude oil is being stolen and sold to refineries abroad. This is not a tiny syndicate sort of thing. Its very visible and can be detected easily. An economic product that passes through the ‘borders’ in no mean amount! Can he not be accused of conniving with these so-called crude oil thieves??? In my opinion, GEJ is the daftest, most clueless president Nigeria should never have had!
He – in my opinion – is a puppet in the hands of those around him.

        • Very important questions raised here. It beats me to see a President who is not in control. I honestly believe the man Jonathan is a good man, who really wants to do well but has few ideas how to and fewer ideas how to control those that have been imposed on him. This is the tragedy of his presidency. Unfortunately, I honestly think he would win his re-election. Mark my words Funlola.

    • You have said it all, GEJ is a good example of Vagabond In Power. Those who are clomouring and antagonising you for not mentioning other corrupt leaders are myopic of the fact that GEJ as been able to use his shoeless story to fool their generations yet unborn but we are wiser. Nobody say Johnny should not make millions after all, you must reap/eat from where you work but in his case, Johnny is brainless and lack vision to take Nigeria to the next level. He is better imagined to work at the Animal farm at the OFN because that is where his IQ could best put to 10% use, definately NOT within the humans

    • Pls think and use your head before you pour your uncoordinated thoughts on the internet. This documentary speaks volumes.
Who is in power?? Who is is officially ruling the nation? Who takes decisions ultimately for the people of Nigeria? If you need a bit of education, why not read more educative publications?
If corruption is to be wiped of, it will start from somewhere. It MUST start from somewhere. Leadership by example they say!!! If after over 5 years, there is no visible and significant improvement in any sector of the economy, then GEJ has failed!! Plain simple.
In spite of the backlog of poor urban governance and massive infrastructure backlog that Lagos state had witnessed, we felt the improvement after Governor Fashola was sworn in. Whatever the scale of improvement was. This is not about any political party. It is about the individual and his ideologies about governance.
Majority of the poor in Nigeria represent the results of poor governance! and no constructive ideologies!!!!

    • That in itself is a major evidence of illiteracy!!! We as Africans have moved on from the primitive ways and principles that our fore fathers lived by – due to colonialism and western Influence primarily. The more educated a man is, the more at par he is with global best practices, especially when he is gainfully employed. There is a high correlation between these two things ( I didn’t say a PERFECT correlation). Pls let our comments be the result of an informed though process.
By the way, was that the only part of the video you watched??? Or your internet connectivity was unstable? Then you shouldn’t have said anything.
