About

Who am I ?

I spread news. I am an ideas man. I am a solution provider. I listen and offer solutions on taking your idea to the next level.

Am I a Guru?

Don’t make me laugh. I am not. But what I definitely know I am is not a time waster.

I am not the conventional person either. I don’t believe the wheel can never be re-invented. I don’t believe in impossible.

I have a passion to water seeds of ideas. I delight in admiring flowers blossom from these seeds. I love to cultivate ideas. This is what I will do with your idea.

So let me take a ride with you on a journey from visualisation to realisation.

By the way, I am a British Nigerian who has a fair knowledge of both worlds. If you are interested in exploring business opportunities in Nigeria, and you are desperate for a realistic perspective, then you are on the right site.

My strength is my honesty and selfless determination to see a project through. I am quite stubborn with tasks. I don’t know when to stop. You could say I am a victim of my own passion.

My approach is painstakingly detailed, which means I like to ensure the core of your idea is achieved within target time frame as agreed, based on clear objectives and goals. While kick starting your idea or enhancing your reputation as the project may be via social media is my main focus, I can also assist with providing guidance with ideas and business development.

So why should you use my services?

– You want a 24/7 person consultant. Someone who is as dedicated, passionate and focused as you. At the moment you are buzzing with your idea, you need a service provider who is able think alongside you.

– You have a product but no social media presence. You know you need to, but don’t know how to start.

– You need a storyteller. You want strangers and enemies to be informed. You aim to attract interest from potential investors, partners, consumers as well as the media and bloggers. I can tell a good story.

– You have imagined someone who would help with tactical implementation and strategic planning. Now you have Jide Salu.

– You want to kick start a marketing campaign. You want to get a message that is humane across and not just any massage laced with corporate keywords and jargon. Plain and simple is the appeal.

– How about repairing a reputation. You aren’t sure how to go about this task. Well you know now. You want content that is high in quality to boost sales and marketing activities. Jide Salu is in for the long haul. Tips on website presentation, media pitches and email marketing are all services we also cover.

For more information about my services, approach and fees, contact me via e-mail or call .

My experience includes blogging, working for a firm of solicitors (Lonsdale and Mayall Solicitors), a successful corporate laundry company (Sparkle Diamond Corporate Services Ltd) and several other small-scaled companies and individuals.

  9. Hello,

I find your blog, JideSaluDiary, very informative and interesting. Please continue the great work you’re doing. Is it okay if I link to you? I know that the followers of my site would find your articles helpful like I did. I run a small store, Hieyeglasses.com. It’s not as good as what you have done with your blog, but I’m very proud of it. Before I forget is there by any chance you can link my site too?

    Thanks in advance!

  10. Irealy appreciate your comments about celebrating people while they are still alive. I guess that worm as eating so deep into us (Nigerians) that all we care about is celebrating the dead, giving them posthumous award, and doing all kinds of things when people pass on. I agree with you that this must change, let us begin to value people when they are alive not for what you want to get from them but for what they realy are.

    I
God spoke to Moses in Deut. 2:1-3 ‘ye have compassed this mountain long enough turn you northward’ We are so encumberred and consumed with the fear of tomorrow and which have so blinded are eyes that we cannot see the opportunities lying ahead of us. We dont want to fail that is why we are ‘contend” with where we are. please we need to leave our comfort zone like you said, face the future. If you didnt leave your comfort zone and take that bold step you will not be in this country by now.God Bless you

  11. Towella,

Hi, I am so so sorry for this late reply.

To answer your question, of course Towella, there are loads and I mean loads of foreign wives.

Being african, you would not even notice the difference. You will be surprised at the number of “Kaunda” wives that are resident in Nigeria.

The more, the merrier. Ensure you begin to learn how to cook local dishes, this will help and if you can not now, then you will soon find your self making friends with other Nigerian ladies and you will catch on.

I promise you, nothing to fear. If there can be Zambians in the UK, why wouldn’t there be in Nigeria.

Thanks for stopping by and keep in touch.

God bless and regards to your hubby…tell him “about time too”

  12. My husband and I are thinking of relocating to Nigeria – well he is anyway because he is Nigerian. i am from Zambia on the other hand. Can you tell me are there other ‘foreign’ wives over there …I am excited about the move but I am now getting butterflies in my tummy as I have never been there and the only experience of a typical Nigerian has been at church, in Peckham and Thamesmead….:)
